Oftentimes people in the real estate industry wear many hats–they are the agent, negotiator, confidant, and marketer. This is no different for Jill. She desired to build her sales volume and be more intentional with her audience.
We developed an overall strategic plan for Jill to help her reimagine how she approaches communicating with her audience. Our strategy included reengagement campaigns, rebranding visuals, introducing advertisements and implementing persuasive messaging throughout her marketing materials.

What people “don’t” say on Google Business matters. We fixed this for Jill quickly! She has a phenomenal rapport among her clients, and we needed those client experiences to appear on her Google Business Page. We developed an outreach strategy to encourage former clients to share their experience and cross promoted their positive feedback on social media. Jill’s ranking increased along with her searchability.
We created a lead generation ad to collect data from potential customers and follow up on potential leads. We use this information to build Jill’s customer database.
People love to engage with quick, informative, and interactive posts–especially when it comes to house hunting. We incorporated more of Jill in each post–whether that be a house tour, market trend news or personal update, we amplified Jill’s voice and it landed with her audience!
We refreshed Jill’s listing presentation to be more visually appealing, informative and persuasive. Building trust was our main focus–we positioned Jill as the expert and ensured the visuals and content communicated that.
Email is the main touchpoint for customers. We won Jill’s email audience over by being consistent, creative, and personal. We leveraged emails to increase Jill’s referral rate, highlight her success and share important real estate trends. We also segmented her audiences. This not only built trust among her email audience, it increased engagement!
